"Nice enough Walgreens. I was having my prescriptions filled here because of its convenient location for me but ended up switching pharmacies after a couple consecutive instances of my prescription being delayed about a week. Luckily in those times I still had enough meds to take me through to the eventual refill but it's not something that I don't particularly want to be worrying about and frankly it's not something that I NEED to be worrying about since the pharmacy I switched to (Arnold Professional Pharmacy) has not so far had this problem. No problems with the staff, and the store itself is well kept for the most part. I also received my COVID booster shot here"
"Since the beginning I have always had a positive experience. I utilize the automatic refills. The rare times a medication wasn’t available, it was ordered right away. I know at busy times it can be an extended wait. But hello. Still a pandemic guys! Keep up the good work staff. It doesn’t always go unrecognized! Stay safe!"
"Store is okay. Do NOT use their pharmacy if you are on any sort of schedule!! They are either not there, will not answer the phone, or will have you waiting a long time on prescriptions (that were called in days ago). If you have nothing else to do, you will love waiting for any and all prescriptions. Recommend finding a smaller, more responsive pharmacy, this one is NOT it."
"Went into this location to pick up on a few items that I could not find at the grocery store. It was around 5pm when I stopped by and the store cashiers in the front were very busy checking out customers. I was hoping to perhaps find a kite that I could share with my grandchildren. Since the front cashiers were so busy I walked to the back of the store hoping to find an employee that could simply tell me if the store carried kites. I had no luck finding a floor employee so I stopped at the pharmacy counter. They had no customers and there were three employees behind the pharmacy counter just chatting. After standing at the pharmacy counter for a few minutes it was clear that I would have to interrupt their conversation if I were to have any chance of finding a kite. I inquired of the young girl if she happened to know if the store carried kites. Much to my surprise (and anger) the young girl very rudely said, "How am I suppose to know, I work in the pharmacy". Now I was not expecting any kind of a scientific response here...just asking if anyone had seen kites in the store. A little help to better guide me in my search would have been nice but it appears that I was asking for far too much from this young female pharmacy employee. So I just left to find my daughter but decided to find the store manager instead. I explained the situation and then replied that I would have written up that young girl on the spot. There are many young high school students who are looking for work these days and there is no reason why any customer should have to put up with such a response. I did leave the store and stopped elsewhere to spend my money."
"I take 8 medications every day, and I transferred my prescriptions to the Rite aid in Bay Hills shopping center at the beginning of February. I am allowed to take up to 4 yellow pills during the day. However, the pills I got from Rite Aid were larger and blue. I didn't think anything of it because I always get generic brands, and they often come in different shapes and sizes. But ever since I picked up my meds, I have been throwing them up Every Single morning. So I finally used an online pill identifier... And it turns out that I have been taking FOUR ANTIBIOTICS every day, for WEEKS!! Never, in all my years, have I been given the wrong medication from a pharmacy! It's unheard of! Can you imagine!? I am Extremely grateful that I didn't end up in a hospital. IMO Rite Aid is going down the crapper, and there is No Way I'll ever take my scripts there again."
