"I went in for a root canal and it took them nearly 3 hours! Most of the time I was there, I sat there waiting. I arrived on time for my appointment and ended up waiting over 20 minutes to be seen. Then, when they finally got me in the back, majority of the time I spent sitting in the chair, I was just waiting. The dentist kept leaving to focus on other patients so clearly I wasn’t a valued patient to her. Plus the two dental assistants that were helping seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. To make it even worse, before my visit, I wasn’t experiencing any oral pain. But ever since I left, I’ve been having constant pain, to the point where it’s uncomfortable to eat and even use mouthwash and brush my teeth. I’ve already found a new dentist office to transfer to and I’m going there to have them correct whatever this office messed up with my teeth. Every time I visit this office, it takes FOREVER for my service to be completed. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. And after reading these other reviews, clearly I’m not the only person to have experienced it, either. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist office."

"The first encounter of the phone call to book the appointment was great. The day of my appointment was even better. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. One of the young ladies actually gave me a tour of the office. I'm always extremely nervous about going to the dentist but they made everything so calming and easy, telling me what was going on every step of the way. The doctor was also great her voice very calming along with the music. Oh, I must not forget the personal card. That was the icing on the cake! Yes, you guys definitely have a new client!"
