"Extremely frustrating experience! After a drs appointment I activated my prescription and the staff at the pharmacy said it would be ready for pick up after 4pm (since I chose the Script center) and was fine with that. On Saturday afternoon we went to the center to pick both prescriptions up and they were not in there. Obviously the staff did not do what we wanted and she said would be done. So, basically I had to go without 2 medications over the weekend that I needed to take!"
