"Well, it started off good talking to Ed told him I had a problem with an oil sending unit brought it in his son Derek confirmed it. I signed a paper stating the worst case scenario part was $150 Labor was 349 as a diagnosis which we already talked about before And labor was 349 shop materials $100. My bill came to $1050. I called up the GMC dealership in freehold and they told me it be $425 to re-place the oil sending unit service said it was an hour job plus the park .I got home to later. Find out that it was 2 quarts of oil short went back over and demanded that they check over everything I was told by Ed how great they were and how great their service was to do Repair and not Repair that you were paid $1050 to do. future customers thinking about using the shop get a price from another reputable repair company before you even consider doing anything with these people. One person covers the other persons back total rip off..They charge more than the dealer ships do. Will never go back and try to warn as many people as I can what a rip off the shop is. I know Ed will rebut this just like he has done with numerous people that were dissatisfied and make excuses up that the customer was always wrong. Read all the reviews about this company before you take your car there.Don’t know how you can say your old school and will take care of you when Derek and his father overcharged on every procedure they did on the vehicle."
