"Don't use their self-checkout. Go to the register or better yet, Target. I purchased one item but got charged for two. The manager told me it was my fault for not checking there were items already scanned on the machine, and he would not give me a refund. Why aren't your machines clearing out info if the transaction isn't completed? No one was using the machine before me, it was on a welcome screen NOT a transaction page, and it prompted me to enter my CVS# so it didn't even occur to me a transaction was in progress. And while he was treating a paying and previously regular customer like trash, a woman stole a bunch of groceries and alcohol without any of the employees saying or doing anything."

"The absolute worst pharmacy imaginable. Somehow every time I’m there I end up getting the lady with zero customer service skills. Last time I was there I didn’t realize my insurance rolled over to a new provider in November, and she told me to leave and come back because I didn’t bring a hard copy of my insurance, just a photo, and she didn’t want to manually enter it. She legitimately told me to that it “wasn’t her problem”. As this was new insurance I was not familiar with, I was unaware that they only cover prescriptions picked up at their own pharmacies and I’d have to pay out of pocket, which I had no problem doing. She told me “I really should’ve thought about that beforehand”. Today I was trying to fill a prescription over the phone for and she told me that it was at another pharmacy, even though I picked up from this one last time. I called the pharmacy she told me to, and they said it was at the first pharmacy. So I called back. She basically yelled at me when she realized who it was and refused to double check. I calmly asked to speak to another employee. She put me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Unbelievable."

"I keep giving this pharmacy anither chance, even swearing I will not go back. Every time I go, it is always a long wait and employees are rude. They can’t even say they’ll be with you shortly or ask nicely what you need. Today I went and I had to pharmacy employees in front of me, one of the phone and the other one off the phone, and other people on the other side. They kept looking at me but no one offered to help. One of the girls asked if i had a question and I said I needed to drop off my prescription, she said “one minute” but never did anything. I would give this CVS a better review if it wasn’t for the pharmacy. Their manager Jessica and the employees working on the floor are really nice."
