"Beyond incompetent. Medicine is not ready when promised. Techs are incapable of communicating with customers and understanding them. Team members are rude. Phone continually goes straight to voicemail. No concern or effort to get people the meds they need in a time sensitive manner. Meds are frequently not filled correctly or in the correct quantity."

I don't know his name, but the male pharmacist would even make extra calls to get my prescriptions sorted. He recognized me and my husband who would sometimes get my prescriptions for me and my husband always had the same positive experience."
"I went to this my local Safeway pharmacy today and got my flu shot and let me just say... it was the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life. If you want a vaccine like the flu shot go to your physician unless it is a Covid 19 shot and you cant get it there. When I got my flu shot today, it felt like she punctured my muscle and now I am in so much pain. WARNING: DO NOT GET YOUR SHOTS AT SAFEWAY."
"I had to call over 10 times without an answer and when someone finally answered the phone. The reception was bad on one of our ends and the pharmacist hung up on me and told me to call back and when I did I had to call 10 times again. I never use Safeway pharmacy, I’ve always used cvs and now I see why I did. I will never use Safeway’s pharmacy again. The customer service is unacceptable. I hope it gets better in the future."
