"A blind dog could fill prescriptions better than this place. Don’t bother calling, they won’t pick up. Would give zero stars if so could."

"I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I try to extend a lot of grace to folks in healthcare, but this place just has a major operations problem and it's a disaster. Prescriptions take forever to fill (sometimes I've driven up there two or three times with the ETA being pushed again and again). Don't both trying to call, because there will always be 3+ folks on the line waiting ahead of you. Also there's been multiple major miscommunications with me regarding insurance and drug costs. I was told one drug was going to be $300+ so I went back to my doctor to get her to write another version, only to be told that version was $300+ but the original was only $40. Just mind-boggling."

"I'll back up everyone complaining about the failing quality of the pharamacy. It started with Walgreens taking over and has barely improved. None of the original pharmacists made it through the pandemic employed at the pharmacy. They never have the drive thru open except for testing...because so many people are doing that these days. The pharmacist barely enunciates when communicating and can never seem to figure out how to properly enter birthdays. On a positive note, the techs do seem to be stabilizing and are typically more capable than the pharmacist."

"Front of the store is great. Staff in the entire store and pharmacy are helpful, polite, can't say enough good things about them. The pharmacy itself is perpetually overrun. Clearly understaffed. Closed on weekends, feels like they are often just getting around to filling things. Makes me wonder what kind of working conditions and pay the management is offering, since they can't get and retain more staff."

"I stopped by to ask about a flu shot (figuring that I couldn't get one at 4pm on Friday) and I got one with no hassle and was out in just over ten minutes. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and professional. I can't think of a reason I would ever go to CVS after having been to this pharmacy."
