"I haven't actually booked anything with Just Cruises, but I did want to get information about "Riverboat" cruises. Since my insurance agent is right there is this "small" complex, I waited for them to open at 9:30 a.m. It was about 9:35 and the office is inside a building, with a few other companies (and a law office). I went to the correct door, and tried it, it was locked. I knocked a couple of times and nothing. I tried the door again, and it wouldn't open so I knocked again. Then a woman opened the door, and was looking at me very strangely. She asked it I needed anything, and I said I came in to get information, but she kept that strange look on her face, so I walked away, saying I wasn't interested. Then I called later that day, as a friend of mine really wanted the info. and I talked to a man. He took my name and number and said someone would get back in touch with me, which no one did. Very poor service, and obviously this one lady has a problem."
