"Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. So not helpful and the lady that answered the phone was being so rude. “ I’m with a costumer” so what was I ?? Not a costumer ? On the other hand she was having a smart mouth, which is not good as a costumer service employee. You guys need to do better , especially if we come from the same country, we should be able to help each other, and not me calling to get help but all I get is a nasty attitude. Never again."
