"On the website it showed that it was open and that the store would be closed at 7:00pm, it takes me half an hour to get to the store unfortunately when I got there at 6:00pm the store was closed with no further explanation. This ended up as a waste of time which could have been prevented with an update on the website saying it was closed. Another thing to note was that I was not the only one who this happened to as there were three other people who also lost the trip due to their unannounced closing."

"Usually, a great store with very helpful employees—- but went there Mon July 25 at 5pm and they were closed. Several Fed Ex missed delivery stickers on the door. This is my go-to pool place- hoping they’re not gone for good!"

"Horrible customer service. District manager "Kevin" can't keep consistency at this store. Have had plenty of good store managers but clearly this company can't staff correctly or treat their workers right. Do not think water test only take 90 seconds with store manager Jeff. You will be there all day as well turned in every wrong direction. Happy Shopping to those who pick this store."

"Do NOT waste your time going to this store. They are the least knowledgeable, least friendly, and downright useless people on earth. Even worse, when they don't know something, they just make up an answer. I have caught them contradicting themselves or simply lying too many times already this spring that I have vowed not to go there. I had a metal problem in my pool causing staining and when they tested the water, the two morons looked at each other and argued for 3 minutes before testing my water that there was a problem with their test strips then proceeded to use them and tell me their best guess at the number. What?? You just said they weren't working? Oh, and their "sophisticated" water testing is using $0.10 strips you can buy there! The last time they tested my metal they dumped the rest of the water sample I brought. When I asked how the rest of the numbers looked they said they couldn't do it because the metal was high . . . but the previous 3 times they did. And, this was the manager Kevin! Totally useless. Another time the two geniuses that were there tried to help me when I didn't actually ask any questions but then they proved that I knew more than them (and I've only had a pool for less than a year) and had to call Kevin on the phone while I was there to ask the question. Oh, and don't bother using their service - that's from "Corporate Leslie's" and they incorrectly closed my pool and did nothing to open my pool but completely overcharge. If you have a problem, "Corporate Leslie's" blames the store and the store blames "Corporate Leslie's." There are too many other choices in the area. Follow Up: Just as a follow up to this message. I brought a water sample in again and Kevin told me my copper and iron were both zero. This was shocking to me since I have had a metal problem. When I asked how he tested he said "with the strips." I brought the exact sample of water to another pool store 10 minutes later and the copper registered at 1.4 ppm. Yep, he totally didn't do it and just lied. I highly recommend Ryan at Anthony and Sylvan Pools in Montgomery - he has been excellent. Also, the Leslie's right in Hamilton has far more knowledgeable staff - if you live East of Rt. 1 just go there instead."
