"Each time I go to CVS, it's a little worse. The pickup lines at the pharmacy are always lengthy. They have two cash registers. There used to be two people working them. For over a month, only one. Also, CVS has taken to locking up items - to reduce theft risk, one assumes. That's OK, but there should then be sufficient staff, who have the right keys, to unlock the locked boxes."
