"Had a flat tie and needed one put on a rim. We dropped it off around noon and waited around 4.5 hrs for them to do it. Nerve wracking, especially, when you have a vehicle on 17. Very friendly staff and couldn’t beat the price. Just would’ve liked some idea when it would be ready. We never got a call and ended up driving back a few minutes before closing and were told they were just now working on it."

Since I lived a few hours away, it was not so easy to come in person to handle all the business but this body shop was able to accommodate. They were extremely responsive and courteous throughout the whole process, keeping me updated at each step. I paid for this repair out of pocket and this shop was able to give me a very reasonable price for the work that was done. After receiving parts for the repair, Jerry and his crew were able to get the job done very quickly. Upon inspecting the car during pickup, it seemed like they did a great job and the car looked to be in good condition. After driving the car for a few months, I have had no issues and the car seems to be like new again. Jerry and his team did an excellent job. This crew is courteous and skilled in their profession.
