"We have made appointments here for vaccinations and had a thoroughly pleasant time. The staff are prompt, efficient and were very capable at handling young children for vaccinations. They seemed to have appointments for things when others do not, which can be a real lifesaver. The store itself may not have a ton of goods, but remember - you're going to a pharmacy for pharmaceuticals & medicine, not candy. Most of the other negative reviews are about the length of time to receive covid test results and that is outside the control of the testing site itself."

"Do not use this pharmacy. When Columbia pharmacy on Santiago Road closed, the fabulous pharmacist, Alex, moved over to Caplet. Now that he is gone, the pharmacist at Caplet is completely unreasonable and unwilling to work with you. I was trying to find a particular medication, and when I inquired why he was unable to order it, he said that he was a small pharmacy, and could not do it. I tried to explain that I was doing my best to patronize him because he was a small pharmacy, but what incentive did anyone have to use them if they would just blanketly refuse to order medication that people needed. He replied, “then don’t use us.“ There is no reason to go somewhere where the pharmacist is rude as there are tons of pharmacies in the area to use. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy."

"They are always very polite, quick, and efficient when I stop in. They are my preferred pharmacy over any other pharmacy. I also got my booster vaccine here, which went smooth and was very convenient."

"I am very disappointed with my experience getting vaccinated here today. I opted to use this place for the first time after hearing from others that they worked well with kids. Today proved otherwise. Despite having scheduled the appointments the week prior (and receiving confirmations), they didn't seem to have any information on them. There was also a lot of people there, so apparently when scheduling the appointment, it doesn't block off the time for someone else. Then they ushered me over to the other side to wait. It is just a small main room where the one technician is openly giving the vaccinations to those ahead of us. No privacy screens, so my anxious young kids see the needles and others before them get the shot while they wait. When it is our turn, they don't ask if I have a preference as to who goes first, even though I had deliberately scheduled my kids before me so that they could get it over with quicker. When I ask to switch, they seemed confused as to who got what. By now, the room is full of others watching while my anxious kids start to cry and I have to hold one of them to get her vaccination (as they don't even have a place to sit for the vaccination!) Instead of trying to help her, the technician just complained that she was resisting. Overall it was stressful, I didn't feel like they were friendly or even tried to calm down my kids when they got upset. Sure, we got our vaccinations done, but unfortunately, this was not a good experience for a kid to remember when it's time for the next one. Perhaps this pharmacy should split days between appointments and walk-ins (or actually look at the scheduled appointments) so they can better serve everyone and not be all in a hurry and crowded as they were today. And invest in a chair and privacy screens so the vaccinations aren't a show for others waiting."

"Great small non chain pharmacy. I recently went there to get vaccination. They were fast and efficient in and out in less than 10mins. Just made my appointment online ahead of time and provided all my details before going there. Once I got there they quickly directed me to back counter and administered the dose quickly. Highly reccomend this place."
