"My Experience Was A Pleasure I Needed A Root Canal And The Produce Was Pain Less Doctor And Staff Was Really Nice I Was So Happy"
"I went to this specialist to get 2 root canals done and I was nervous of the pain I would feel. But Doctor Zhou and his assistant Rosa made me feel comfortable and I felt no pain.Even with those big anesthetic shots, Dr Zhou, would let me know If I would feel any type of pain and The staff is very nice."
"I did not have a pleasant experience at this office. The attention to the client while performing work was almost non existent. Had to constantly ask for a suction while several other tools are in my mouth. There was no warning before pain inducing actions were completed, they even ignored my warning that my mouth takes a little longer to numb. Very shortly after I gave this warning, the dentist still proceeded to press a tool very firmly into my gums - causing extreme pain, without warning. This was a night and day experience from the one I had with Audubon Dental Center experience - I was referred to Endontic Associates from Audubon. I recommend Audubon consider partnering with a endodontic office that has similar patient practices as them. That being said, overall I believe they did pretty good work but the process lacked care and attention to the patient."
"I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Costa. I wish other dentists knew how to numb their patients with the ease that he did. I never felt a thing, from the numbing through the whole procedure. I was so comfortable that I started looking at the tools being used when they started finishing up. Bebe, his assistant was also awesome. Very conversational, puts you at ease before the procedure starts."
"I had a positive experience with preop and root canal with Dr. Acosta. He's intelligent, compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. He finished my procedure in one visit and on time. The only inconveniences I has were with the front desk personnel, one being I wasn't notified that my appointment needed to be rescheduled until I showed up for my appointment and one having to wait 31 minutes for my Rx as she "forgot" me. I was annoyed by the inconvenience but would return to the Clinton office again."
