"When I first went to this location, the service seemed fine. However my last few visits have been so-so. I also scheduled appointments for my children for a basic cleaning. However, due to the inclement weather the location was closed and no one called, texted, emailed to let us know. I tried calling several times prior to their scheduled times and the calls were sent to a third-party answering service who could not provide any information about the location. I received a text, email and phone call to remind me of the appointments but nothing to let me know the location was closed. But if I miss an appointment a $50 service fee is charged. Thanks, but"
