"Multi car accident on July 22,2023 Even though I was not at Fault Progressive refusing to pay damages. Other driver received a check plus rental car. James Presgraves stated both drivers only had underinsured. After speaking with one of the drivers, she told me she only had liability and that the at fault driver's insurance took car of her damages(check) and a rental car, She also told me this driver had Full coverage. I believe I am being discriminated against because I am a person of color and intend to proceed further with this."
