Clearly they could care less about whether or not customers come here to have their prescriptions filled. Update: 5/24 Perfect example of the lack of customer service you will receive here. I JUST missed a phone call by 2 minutes because I was on the phone with my bank. I hang up with them and call the pharmacy right away because I have someone picking up 2 prescriptions for me today and I recognized the phone number. Instead of being told WHY they called, I was told to hang up, listen to the voice mail, and then call them back when I can tell them why they called. When I asked how that made any sense, I was put on hold for upwards of 10 minutes while they figured out why they called me. Make it make sense. Please. Just make it make sense."
