"Tend is the superior of dentists for those looking for a modern office! The one in Navy Yard has been my go-to for the last three years. The bed-side manor is amazing, the staff is so friendly and I’ve always walked out with a “smile”!"

"Update: following my dentist orders. 1. Amoxicillin ✔️ 2. Biotene mouthwash ✔️ 3. Got receipt and scheduled appt for specialist ✔️ Don’t know how the resting is working out folks but this is my new place. They care about the patient. I came today because of the visit my daughter had and they didn’t disappoint. For me it was how they made me feel and care about my making sure I was calm. Treatment plan is still in the works and they are pricey for this mama but customer service and doctors 10 stars for sure."

"I would give zero stars if I could— Tend has cancelled my appointment twice in a row now, and both have been last-minute. I have shifted around my work schedule just so I could get to these appointments, only to realize that I went through all that for nothing. I tried to reschedule a third time, but now they are fully booked on the dates that work for me and they “can’t do anything about it.” Tend the most disorganized business that could care less about their patients."

"This is the second time using Tend in Navy Yard. Today’s was an emergency visit that they fit me in for a chipped tooth. My tech was incredibly informative throughout her process, and she was very intentional and gentle with my additional injuries from a fall from over that weekend while she took X-rays. Likewise, the dentist was very helpful and straightforward with her explanation of my options. She had been my dentist in my first visit, and it was nice to see a familiar face. All in all, I felt very well cared for as the whole team was great about walking me through next steps, what I needed to do between now and my filling procedure, and how much I should expect to pay with respect to my specific dental insurance."
