Needless to say the work I had by Dentist factories doesn't even compare or deserve to be in Dr Patel 's c lass. "Can’t rate the experience because I didn’t see the doctor. I’m not waiting 2 hours for service. Appt was at 2 I left at 345 with nothing. The lady’s at the desk were nice. It seemed clean."

"Dr.Patel who works at this location is a really good doctor. When a patient comes to see him he checks everything to see what needs to be done and if there is time he will address as many concerns as he can in one visit and he will make a treatment plan for future visits. Dr.Patel has seen it all and done it all, he does everything from root canals to extractions to dentures! He takes one look and knows exactly what’s going on in your teeth. He’s attentive and takes his time you will never feel rushed!! The front desk here are professional and friendly, due to the location they handle people from all walks of life and some who are very difficult they still maneuver the customers with kindness! Sure there is sometimes a wait but with this economy and current state of post pandemic there is a shortage of doctors so it’s expected! I’m GRATEFUL for the doctor and staff at this location! I love Dr.Patel!!!"

I called all over Se and this office said I can come in but it I’ll be a wait due to them only having 1 doctor.The front desk greeted me soon as I walked in the door , the dental assistants was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable Dr Patel is the best doctor in WARD 8!! If you’re looking for a practice that give you nothing more overall excellence and premium care visit 2021 MLK! Staff was great!"

"I attempted to call several times and kept being sent to voicemail. Eventually I was told on Monday my son could walk-in. As well as it saying on their message service they accept walk-ins. After sitting in crazy traffic we get there this morning and the front office assistant informed my son they didn't do walk ins! At which time she handed him a card that clearly had WALK INS WELCOMED printed on their card!! This is false advertisement at it's worse. What type training are they providing the staff. Don't advise someone to walk in then tell them you don't do walk ins when they get there and to make matters worse hand them a card with walk ins welcomed big as day! Gross incompetence."
