"It had been a while since I filled my prescription with Don and Will at Bel Air Medicines. I was filling my scripts at a local big box store assuming it would be more convenient while shopping. With Covid-19 putting a strain on small businesses, I wanted to try and do my shopping a little more mindfully. This morning, I set out on my daily errands, leaving about an hour for a script refill as I would my local big box store. There was virtual no wait time in line at the drive-thru. I was greeted (and remembered) as if I was there just the day before. I was asked if I wanted to wait... like wait and stay right there at the window. Wowzers! At about 3 minutes into my 4 minute wait, the other pharmacist popped his head in to say hello. How great is that? Total game changer!"

"I can't recall how long we've been going to the Medicine Shoppe (Bel Air Medicines)...I can remember only one other pharmacy that absolutely pales in comparison, so, why even bother. Don, Will, Linda and Donna are more like personal friends...accommodating, understanding, informative, educational (when necessary) and I could go on and on and on. Needless to say, we're not planning on going anywhere else for pharmacy services. Out of town...out of country...I've experienced them all...all handled efficiently, competently and without any hang-ups whatsoever."
