"Splendid service! I was afraid because my rear gum rear the moller was suddenly sensitive. I'm not a regular flosser but i started the practice in fear that something was going on. Made an appointment for professional review and my fears were put rest! Didn't have to wait; I was given an immediate appointment and I'm feeling great!"

"I was a little hesitant about posting my feedback but that is how I chose this dentist by honest feedback that was provided by another customer. Okay, so here goes! I only had two visits. I was quite pleased with the dental work that I received on my teeth. However, the customer service and a little more detail in the quality of work could receive a little more attention! I'm not sure if there are overbookings or if appointments are just too closely scheduled together but I did not have a real chance to speak to the dentist afterwards without speaking to him while he was working on another patient (unprofessional). My first appointment I waited for about 30 minutes before being seen. The second visit I was seen on time. Also, I asked about a predetermination procedure regarding my insurance approval. I was told that it takes a while to get that specific quote for my procedure. I thought that I would be proactive and contact the insurance company once I got home. I was told by the insurance company that they have not received any paperwork regarding my predetermination but that they have received the claims that have been presented (2) for payment. It's been almost 3 weeks. I said that more attention needed to be provided because, I'm used to when the dentist put on the numbing medication before injecting the Novocaine that they wait a little while and not directly inject you with the Novocaine, ouch! Lastly, when I received my bill, the ink was running out and not really legible, so I asked for the bill to be emailed to me. I did not receive a copy of the bill as of this day."

"I am terrified of dentist from childhood experiences, but Dr. Okoro explained the entire process to me and to help lessen my fears. Explained that he would try something to keep my tooth but if it does not work then the next step has to be taken. I had a really bad toothache due to a broken tooth. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I really appreciate the care that was given to me by him and his assistant who held my hand when I need it most. They were very professional and kind.
