"UPDATE - and if Debbie doesn't like you, you got stuck with a HUGE bill. She quoted me one price, but after I posted the review below, she sent a bill to my home that is WAY OVER WHAT SHE QUOTED ME! SECOND UPDATE: They tried billing my husband and listing him as the patient for the horrible overcharge they made on my dental work. My insurance company is now investigating them for their unethical billing practices. Don't go here unless you can put up with horrible, rude and disrespectful customer service! 02/2022 If you can get an appointment with Dr. Hanson and his hygienist actually shows up, you will have a great visit. Dr. Hanson is thoughtful and compassionate. The front desk staff is difficult to deal with, they don't listen to customer's needs carefully, they make assumptions about treatment and diagnosis and just aren't helpful folks overall. They have a tendency to over-react and just assume the worst of you as a patient (they assumed I would intentionally try to infect others with COVID-19 and no, I would never do that and I actually wear two masks at all times since I have other health issues). I don't like the other dentists in the practice either. They seem to just be out for your money. They tell you that you will need all this work, but when you get a second opinion, like from Dr. Hanson, he carefully explains what you really need. Super sad that I am unlikely to return to the practice because Dr. Hanson is awesome but I just had repeated negative experiences with the front desk staff and the last straw was when they didn't care to see me when I was in pain and had a swollen face from work they had done just a few days before. Front desk staff was just nasty and non-compassionate over the phone."

"This is the only dentist office I visit in this area. I saw Dr. Hanson for an emergency visit today with a broken tooth that had been giving me issues for a while. I ultimately opted for an extraction, but he walked through all the options and gave me the vote of confidence that he would do whatever it took to ease my pain and anxiety during my visit. I don't know what kind if mythical being he is, but Dr. Hanson has an incredible energy and calming presence. So much so that someone like me with bad dental anxiety feels completely at ease and truly calmed and understood by him. I think it's commonplace for people to expect a dentist to shame us or punish us for being bad with our oral hygiene, but Dr. Hanson makes me feel like a real human being and keeps me feeling solutions oriented about my teeth rather than shameful or dejected about the prognosis for my mouth. ANYWAY all of this to say that this office has a comprehensively amazing team, and I feel heard and validated in every step of the process. They work to help people in any insurance coverage situation, and I recommend everyone considers seeing this great office for their oral needs."

"The doctor’s attention to detail and personality are fantastic. My last dentist wanted to perform a $900 deep gum cleanse, but Dr. Hanson fixed the problem with a manual cleaning. I was very impressed! The hygienists explain tooth care and do pretty well with patients too. Parking is a little tough and I think the lobby could use a paint job, but other than that, great place."
