"I recently found a deal by doing a Google search to locate someone who had any deals on Invisalign. That is how I found Vanguard Dental Solutions found in Virginia on Duke Street. The staff was amazing, the atmosphere was great and the Dentist was very informative and detailed about the service he was providing for me. All of this made my decision to choose this dental office a easy one. They all were very welcoming, so welcoming that I’ve decided to switch dentist office for my future appointments. There office was so good that I am willing to leave my dentist office that’s in my neighborhood for this new dental office that’s over the bridge."

"I don’t usually write reviews for dentists but have to say that Dr. Rahman went above and beyond working on my tooth. dental work usually scares me but he worked on my tooth and I didn’t feel anything. The front desk lady was nice and kept joking with me while waiting. Maria the assistant was great. I really appreciate that from them all."

"My first visit to this office and my first dental visit in a long time. From my first interaction checking in to scheduling my next appointment everything was great. The front desk staff were sweet to a nervous patient and took care of everything professionally and with a great sense of humor. The tech was amazing explaining everything and very gentle with the procedures. Dr Rahman took the time to explain everything go over my treatment plan and make me comfortable with the decisions, offering advice and straightforward options. I am happy to have found them and trust them with my future care. I wish I was better at remembering names to thanks them here."

"The doctor and his entire staff has been seeing me for 6 years. They are very kind and professional. However, Marleen the front desk receptionist is very rude and speaks to the patients in a disrespectful tone and manner. She is insensitive to single mothers, military spouses, and to anyone who doesn’t answer her courtesy calls. She was upset I was too busy to answer her call. She told me it was a shame I was canceling my appointment, when I was calling to ask is it ok to bring my children to my hygienist appointment she accused me of something I was not doing all because I didn’t return her courtesy call. My husband is military and was called to duty at the last minute. She did not work with me and did not apologize for her actions, another staff member did. I work in customer service and it is never acceptable for someone to talk to a customer or patient in the way she mishandled me today. I am very disappointed with her behavior after so many years of traveling to this office from Maryland. I hope management does not sweep this under the rug and addresses her lack of communication skills. This type of treatment should not happen to anyone…"

"If only all dentists had the kindness, integrity and professionalism as Dr. Rahman there would be no such thing as fear of dentists! I am utterly impressed with the level of service I received from Dr. Rahman and his wonderful staff who are all incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and to put me at ease. The Zen like ambience is a testament to everyone in this office. At 75 years old, I have been to many dentists, I have had horrible experiences with many of them until now with Dr. Rahman. I would highly recommend him. In my opinion, he and his staff are the best anyone could ever hope for."
