"As an active duty service member, I recently had quite a bad experience with this dental service provider. Over the past few days, I've had to spend an excessive amount of time with them over the phone, and every phone call ended somewhat uncomfortably. It's not too much to ask for common decency and respect when communicating with potential clients, and this lack of professionalism doesn't reflect well on their business. Today, the dental office called me and informed me they didn't feel like complying with the "tedious" rules of providing their services to active duty soldiers. Right after telling me this, the dental office person told me something to the effect of "Yeah, so... bye" and then immediately hung up the phone. The most disappointing thing here isn't being refused services because of my status as an active duty service member, but rather being treated with such blatant disrespect."

"This office is the best dentist ever! I went there for about three year and sadly have now moved. They never tried to upsell me or scam me. Always a consistent good cleaning. The Dr also cleaned my teeth personally on a few occasions which I have never experienced. The outside of the office/ neighborhood is a bit sketchy but once inside the atmosphere is safe and pleasant. So sad I moved and will miss this dentist."

"Great Dental Hygienist that gave me the best cleaning ever. 5 stars for her. Unfortunately after explaining my dental anxiety at a consultation with examples...still the dentist disregarded my dental anxiety and pretty much mocked me about it. The fear of needles and low pain tolerance are real to me so oh well. I just had to find a doctor that actually paid attention to their patients and not ignored their needs."
