"I initially visited this dental practice due to their website and sales pitch highlighting an all-female team (they have since updated their website). However, it didn't take long for me to notice significant issues with Dr. Gidey's service and the competency of the dental assistants. I observed shaky hands while Dr. Gidey worked on my teeth, and the dental assistants frequently mishandled equipment, causing discomfort and nearly triggering my gag reflex multiple times. It's important not to be misled by Dr. Gidey's outward meekness, as her primary focus seems to be on receiving payments rather than ensuring patient satisfaction or well-being, coupled with her rude behaviors. It's not uncommon for dental practices to have high turnover among dental assistants due to low wages, but Dr. Gidey changed them often and eventually hired a young man (possibly a family member or close acquaintance) who displays a complete lack of professionalism, rudeness, and seems ill-suited for his role at the front office. I continued going to this dental practice for about three years because I was unable to terminate the treatment plan we had started, but the entire experience was truly terrible. Considering the amount of money spent, how badly the end result tuned out, and the patience I invested, I deeply regret ever setting foot here."

"If I didn't have to keep my mouth open, there's been many a time where I just wanted to fall asleep in the chair. And I have had my entire life worth of nervous interactions with the dentist. And not being listened to. I love Dr. Gidey. Also David their front desk person is pretty phenomenal"

"Dr. Gidey has been my dentist for about 2 years for context in the rest of my review. I am a grown adult but have a small mouth and TMJ so I can't open my jaw as wide as most people and I give her 5 stars. She's great at her job, doesn't push unnecessary procedures on you, but listens when you tell her that something is wrong. She couldn't see anything wrong visually or on the xray but she believed me about the pain, switched out a filling, and the pain went away. It's refreshing that she took me seriously and found a solution rather than writing it off. She also came up with a solution on the fly to work with my Invisalign tray to make the new filling line up with the tray so my teeth wouldn't be out of alignment with my brand new retainer. The front office is great, too. I recently had an issue with insurance not receiving a claim and he sorted everything out with ease and adjusted my billing statement accordingly. One of the reviews mentions that the equipment in the office is old, and it is. If you walk into the office expecting brand new equipment, you'll be disappointed. But the equipment still works and why does it matter how old the chair is? To me, this says that Dr. Gidey cares more about providing quality and affordable dental care than she does about having brand new light fixtures."

"Dr. Gidey is the absolute best! Her customer service matched with her medical professionalism has made my experience going to the dentist very pleasant. She is very gentle when doing actual work on you and will communicate clearly what she is thinking and doing. I never felt like just another patient in her office, she has a unique way of giving special attention that is very comforting. She developed a dental plan that considered my personal and financial wellness and then executed it perfectly. I felt strongly about giving Dr. Gidey a review on here because because she deserves it and other patients should know they can visit her with ease of mind and confidence."

"The dental office at Dr. Gidey’s is a wonderful and welcoming place! From the get-go, the front desk staff was friendly and did whatever they could to help us out. They were so kind, and most of all accommodating to my mother, who was suffering with sudden and intense tooth/gum pain. They were able to lock in an appointment for her quickly and efficiently and acted fast to tackle the discomfort with which she was dealing. They were also very communicative, in both the follow up after the first visit, and before the return visit. Overall they have provided excellent service, all the while being very sweet and helpful in the process. Thank you so much!"
