She gave oral hygiene instructions thoroughly showing photos and videos, she was very attentive and constantly engaging with my son to build a rapport. The place looks very clean and tidy and all staff are very friendly. After processing claims with the insurance I did not get any surprise additional cost, which was great and showed their transparency.
