"I have been going to City Dental for several years. My experience up to my last visit was great. I could always get in and out within my hour lunch time. Tiffany is great, I give her 5 stars. But my last visit was another story when Dr. Tsaknis bombarded me with am aggressive 20-30 minute pitch about Invisalign, a GW sleep study, and what I need to say to the insurance company so they pay for it. It made me incredibly uncomfortable and I was so surprised by it all, that I didn't even know how to respond except to take it all in. Then to top it all off her is asking me my weight out in the middle of the reception area, with other customers standing right there. The whole experience was too much and I will not be returning to City Dental DC."

"I'm not usually inclined to post negative reviews, but after seeing the comments on Yelp (please go read them) that exactly mirror my experience with Dr. Tsaknis, I feel obligated to caution others. I thought it was just bad luck the pain and expense I've experienced over the past two years as a result of three unnecessary fillings. As it turns out, lying to people to generate revenue from fillings and then performing them quickly and carelessly is standard operating procedure for him. I'd give anything to go back and seek out a second opinion and you'd be best served to avoid him."

Dr. Tsankis and Anna made me feel comfortable and explained everything that needed to be done as plainly as possible. I would definitely recommend his office to anyone looking for a new dentist. Especially patients that have a fear or some reservations about seeing the dentist."
