Walgreens Pharmacy

"Im not sure what happened to this location it used to be really good for drive thru' rx pick ups got me thru'covid era but this past 6 mos were awful. They literally do not answer phone just slap u on hold never to return, not even dr office can call. Rxs say ready and they fill it when u pull up with great confusion takes several of them on one order! I was given orig mfg bottle of 100 instead 90. Ive had errors too. Inside rx bags are all over the floor in pharmacy. I saw they do urine drug tests for companies umm theyre busy enough and gross when they return fill my rx! I finally gave up switched to local grocer where its been fine. But i do have to walk in. Worth it at this point! I wish corporate would help them clearly things are not right for employees or customers! They pile to much on them in greed hire more help!"

"50% of the time there is something wrong with this pharmacy. Extremely long lines, wrong medicine, broken drive through, decide to close unexpectedly early, etc. However, some of the people are really nice. Just oh so very bad operations."

"I just want to give a big thank you to a young man name Seth ...what a great employee he is , so helpful, kind , and personable.He sure is a rare find in these days. Had nice conversation with him . If only everyone was like him , shopping at stores would be a great experience. Thank you young man very much for all your help"

"Apparently these people don't know how to use a phone. I've been hung up on 4 times trying to find out if they have a flu shot. Just confirms I will never stop foot in a walgreens again. Can't even manage to answer a phone properly. Wouldn't want them injecting medicine into my body if they cannot answer a phone."

"Any pharmacist will take the time to explain to you whatever it is until you understand!! Always friendly. Sometimes the wait in line can be slow, but the service is well worth the wait!! And it's the only pharmacy in York that is open 24/7!! They're busy because people know that this is quality service with a smile!"
