"If you are looking for professionalism, customer service, along with follow up and follow through. This is NOT the place. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a commercial policy that Maritza left lapse during COVID which cost me thousands to reinstate, the office manager James actually stated to me she did not know what she was doing. NOW a friend has a homeowners policy about to be cancelled and everyone over there is invisible and will not call back, return e mails or conduct business in a regular manner. RUN don’t walk away from this place. Look at the responses they have on here from their offices. Clearly lack of customer focus or concern."

"I was recommended this group and have to admit I am very disappointed! I had to cancel a policy due to selling a property and Mary neglected to actually terminate my policy when I called in. She then evaded my emails to follow up with not having a proper termination. And on top of that, she was highly unprofessional and rude. Very disappointing to say the least! I would not recommend this group as there are so many other pleasant teams that work hard and do what they say they will. This group is simply not that."

"Supervisor James was very rude with me. I had not any complaint to anybody. I just wanted to check whether there is solution or not to my case. He suddenly started yelling me. I tried to explain him that I didn’t call to argue with him and simply looking is there any possible solution. Instead he yelled at me for 30mins. I tried to relax him but he was unstoppable. He definitely needs deescalation courses. Owner has to listen recording of this conversation and has to give him feedback. Everyone including him can have bad day sometimes but professionalism is required on the type of the job he is working. He could have handle it far better he did today. Very disappointed"

She makes herself available, even at odd times of the day and she's nothing but professional with every interaction I've ever had. She was thorough in shopping around for insurance options for us, making sure to cover everything I needed, but ultimately letting us decide what's best. Additionally, I recently needed her assistance after a collision and she was calm, caring and responsive to all of my needs. I went from extremely stressed to calm with 2 minutes of her support. She got me the number to call, my policy # and went over all of my coverage with me prior to filing a claim which then made the claim process quick and seamless.
