"Kaitlin was exceptional!!!! She went above and beyond explaining everything to my son and I while he got braces for the first time. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, compassionate and just phenomenal bedside manner! She made the whole experience amazing he was scared but she took away all fears by just simply caring! We appreciate everything you did for us and we hope when we come back for followup you are always there! Of course, Dr Wu is phenomenal so kind, amazing with kids,and friendly just such an amazing doctor!! "My daughter had Braces at NuSmiles for a year and 7 months. Everyone was so nice about everything. She's 15 so for most appts i would sit in the car and let her run right up. I knew they'd take good care of her and she always came out happy. When things needed to be explained, it was done in full detail. The payment plan was easy too and when my job changed pay day, NuSmiles allowed me to change my payment plan day easily. The staff was always kind. Dr. Wu might be the nicest man on the planet. My daughter had a "problem" tooth lol and Dr Wu worked really hard to keep it from being pulled out by the Braces. Not sure how he did that, but her teeth look great and are all still there! He was patient during my adjustments (and repairs, I had such a tough time getting used to the braces) and candid when I wanted them removed.
