"My dermatologist specifically recommended Well Rx for their customer service, however, their service has been far from outstanding. I received a text message asking if I wanted to renew my prescription. I clicked on the link, followed the instructions, and cancelled the prescription. The medication then showed up at my door several days later, and I was charged. They will not refund me, citing they use a third party system to send their text message reminders, and they are not responsible for the messages. They also claim they do not receive any of the information/communication between the customer and the third party messages. I find this truly ridiculous and incredibly misguided. Why involve a third party if you have no intention of using the service?"

"I will not use this business again. The communication, although polite, was either untrue or omitted vital information. I ended up making three trips. Had I not made the third, I would have been waiting up to four days for my Rx. Upon my second trip, when my Rx was still not ready beyond the time I was told that it would, I made sure to tell the receptionist that it was important that I get this medication as soon as its available as I was already starting to go through withdraw. I asked if they had a delivery service as I had to get back to work and couldn't continue to wait around for my Rx. This person was more than happy to set me up for delivery and brag about how they delivered everyone in MD for free, but failed to mention that they time frame for delivery was two to four days which I only found out later after calling in about when I could expect my Rx. Apparently, my Rx was finished as I drove away the second time, sixty seconds after finishing giving my contact information. The receptionist said that she ran outside, but I had already left. It did not occur to her to call me."

"They were very easy to work with! Cockeysville is a little far for me, but no worries - they shipped my prescription and it was on my doorstep the next morning! Great phone customer service and patient as you ask any questions. No long holds either!"

"I contacted Well-RX Pharmacy about a new prescription for my daughter. I had a few concerns that even my daughter's prescribing Doctor couldn't properly explain to me. The woman there, I believe her name was Rachel (great name if I do say so myself), was extremely helpful. She took her time explaining and addressing all my concerns and did not hang up until she was confident that my issues were resolved. I will definitely be recommending Well-Rx!"
