"Dr. Rahman is by far the best dentist/surgeon I have ever worked with! She is knowledgeable, caring and patient. My elderly mother had to have extensive surgeries and many implants placed and she had amazing results. Dr. Rahman’s practice uses state of the art technology and she is clearly very up to date with the literature of her specialty. Her staff is well trained and very nice and I enjoy the friendly jokes and family-feeling atmosphere in her office. Many of my family members have had significant dental issues so visits to the dentist had always been stressful until we found this practice. Highly recommend it!"

"The office staff is not responsive or timely in their responses regarding paperwork to submit to insurance. I had an appt on 6/27 and reached out that same day with a bulleted list of what I needed to submit to my insurance. On 7/1 I received a document with the incorrect information on it and asked for a revision per the original bulleted list sent. When I never heard back I called the following week on 7/6 and again asked for the appropriate document and was told that the person that would prepare that was out of the office. As it was an expensive charge that had been made I asked them to please send me the correct document. On 7/8 I received TWO other incorrect versions of the document. On 7/10 I received a final version of the document that I submitted. On 7/26 I reached back out to request that my second appt be moved to a later date because of the lapse in receiving the correct information for my claim, I still had not received reimbursement. I reached out to the original person I had been corresponding with (who never responded to my request from 7/1) and she sent me ANOTHER version of the document, as they had mislabeled the provider on the last version. This FIFTH version had the wrong patient name on it and their information on it (HIPAA!?). A month after my original appt I finally received what I hope to be a correct document for my insurance and of course my reimbursement has been delayed (and as of this writing on 8/21 has still not been received). I also have yet to receive my appliance due to extending my second appt in hopes that I will receive reimbursement at some point. So not only am I out the money, I am still in pain. If you are a person who can just throw thousands of dollars away on your dental care then this is the place for you, but if like me, you are a single person who supports themselves and cannot afford to have an exorbitant charge on their card for months at a time then I suggest seeking another facility."

"This dentist is awesome!! He was the first dentist I have been to who actually didn't hurt when working on my teeth, and Ive been to a lot of dentists, unfortunately...But he was great! Very knowledgeable and has a great staff! I highly recommend him!"
