Very friendly and they don't want to do unnecessary work just for money like other dentists. They took care of something in a routine cleaning that another dentist wanted to put me in a 4 phase plan for before it could be taken care of. I had other dentists tell me I need extensive work done that Dr. Knox and his hygentist say is unnecessary at this time and there is no harm in waiting it out to see if the work needs to be done later down the road."
