"Initially I posted about a lack of communication by the dental office staff that led to several canceled appointments (on different days) that impacted my wife and me. I am happy to now be able to make a positive post about the level of effort made by the Staff and Dr. Mike to correct and prevent that miscommunication from occurring again in the future. The office staff personnel were sincerely upset about what happened and called me personally to apologize. That call was followed by a call from Dr. Mike providing a more detailed explanation of what happened and the steps implemented to prevent it from happening again. This is true customer service...lessening the chance of a repeat negative experience. I am grateful for everything done to resolve my issue and I have chosen to remain a patient."

"This was my first time going to this dentist because I have lived in Japan for over six years. Of course, I was worried because I had a bad infection on an implant. I met with the dentist who explained everything to me and my surgery was scheduled within 24 hours. The entire procedure went smoothly and I love the fact that he did not have to keep numbing me because he did it correctly the first time. He didn’t explain what he was doing at the time which I loved because it would have made me nervous. After, he sat down with myself and my husband and explained everything. I will definitely keep them as my dentist!"

"Good dental professionals, but horrible admin staff. Was charged “default” insurance rate when my insurance plan has better rates for procedures above cleaning. My thought was that I will be able to get adjustment or refund as crown is getting installed. Here I am 3 months later, waiting for a call back from accounting to explain to me where my refund check is."

"I wish I could give more stars. Truly a family oriented dentist office. I scheduled triple back to back appointments for my two children and I. They did a very good job with my two kiddos and gave me a lot of helpful information. When it came to my turn, my kids were ready to be done and acting like it. The hygienist who helped me was so sweet, kind and patient as my 6 year old laid on top of me for almost my entire cleaning. There were lots of pauses because my daughter was being particularly needy. I felt so embarrassed and apologized. She constantly assured me she understood having two little ones herself. At one point my 8 year old had run a couple laps around the exam rooms. My hygienist patiently took a break as I scolded him and directed him back to the waiting room. Even with my daughter laying on top of me, the hygienist, and I can't remember her name, was very thorough. My teeth were definitely nice and clean by the end. Now on to my thoughts of Dr. Mike. Coolest dentist I've ever had. He was so personable and kind. He was a straight shooter and very informative. He was really good with my kids and I learned some about his 3 adult kiddos as well. I even got a personal hand written thank you card from him a few days later which was really thoughtful. All of this to say, my family will be loyal customers of this dental clinic while we live in the area. Also, if you think about it and if my review made you give them a try, let them know I referred you!"
