"Dr Schulman and Jen are great, but the receptionist Paula is very rude. I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years and after today I will not be returning. Paula called to confirm an appt and when I told her I had to cancel she got really rude and nasty. She told me there is a 24 hour cancelation fee and I said ok but isn't this cancelation before 24 hours. She proceeded to ask me did I forget or was I just not going to come. I told her she was being rude and asked to speak to Jenn or the office manager. She then tells me "I can speak to who ever I want, what are they gonna do? I hear excuses all the time and you only want to speak to someone else because of the fee." I again asked to speak with someone else and she said whatever and put me on hold. I then spoke with Kina who was very nice and apologetic. I explained to Kina that if I need to pay the fee that is fine, but I will not tolerate being spoken to any kind of way because I asked a question. Dr Schulman ,I hope you don't lose any other patients because of Paula. I don't know what happened to Cheryl, but she was always helpful and pleasant over the phone and in person. Please provide Paula with communication training so that she doesn't ruin your business."

I had a dental emergency recently and when I called I was seen quickly and treated very well. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice."

"I have been going to this Dentist practice for years. Dr. Schulman is by far the best dentist I've been to, he truly cares for his patients. He is friendly, personable, and extremely thorough with his explanations and just a great all around Dentist. The Hygienist Jen is extremely good- the best around. The rest of the staff members are friendly, helpful and professional. Location of the office is easy to get to from 97, and parking is never a problem. Great experience and would definitely recommend ."

"I have been coming here for over 15 years after having a poor experience with another provider. I had moved to MD in 2000 and wanted to find a dentist I was comfortable with and trusted. I remember my first visit! Jennifer has also been my dental hygienist and she is awesome too! When my daughter was born almost 14 years ago, they were great with having her be with me when I had to go in for check ups and gradually she started going there (when she got enough teeth lol) and all is good. We love this provider and office!"
