"Gwen Ngo gave me a terrible experience. I felt rushed the entire time and nothing was explained to me through out the entire appointment. I came in for a routine clean up since it has been a couple years since my last check up and she started doing other things I was not familiar with. The check out process was really odd. They handed me a referral and said I was good to go without any explanation of the visit either or follow up appointment. They did not even have a dental assistant she just went right in. I had to call back and ask what I even got done because everything was so rushed. Even in the beginning she had an attitude and barely introduced herself and thats when I knew I had made a mistake."

"Dr. Ngo did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and took the time in educating me about the type of gum disease I have. She expressed how urgent it is that I see a periodontist and seemed to genuinely care. She’s also easy to reach if you have any questions. A caring doctor who does their best is what I look for and what I see in Dr. Ngo I highly recommend her!"
