"5 stars for the receptionist, 4 stars for the rest. Overall I’ve had a solid experience in my few past visits. During my most recent cleaning though, I found the pre-appointment communications to be a bit confusing and the info I had filled out did not seem to transfer over to the dental office, including my insurance info. It seems Zocdoc may not be well-synced with the office records. Also the dentist gave me fluoride treatment which I assumed was included with the cleaning since I was not informed otherwise, but then they said I owed $35 when I was leaving. However, the receptionist kindly waived it since I had not been informed it would be an out-of-pocket cost. She was also very helpful in ensuring the office got my updated insurance info since what I had submitted before the appointment apparently had not been received. Overall I recommend."

"I have been so impressed with my two visits. The staff is kind, professional, and very responsive to patient needs and goals, as they clearly demonstrated when they rapidly pivoted to do an entirely different procedure for me than the one they had prepped for, despite it being the last appointment of the day."

"Went in for a teeth cleaning. Dr Faisal and the staff were great. They explained things very clearly and did not push any unnecessary charges. A dental office you can trust! Edit: I just got my bill and I got charged for a procedure I never asked for and was only partially covered by my insurance. Just make sure to clarify whether certain procedures are "fully" covered or not."

"Smile dental is great. I've had a positive experience with everyone at Smile. Dr. Mir is knowledgeable, professional, and does good work. For my most recent trip, Sylvia was wonderful, reaching out to me to help resolve a scheduling issue (helpful hint - call to schedule your appointments - Zodoc can have issues). And Tina was great with my x-rays, cleaning, and everything else. Thanks all!"
