"I am a 37 year AAA member and I booked an expensive trip to Europe months in advance. I spent so many hours following up on the agents in order to get timely communications and documentation that it felt like self-service. Poor communication about billing, trip and pricing changes, and refund crediting. This agency seems to have a systemic customer service problem. Very surprising considering how good my interactions with the non-travel agents at AAA have been. Maybe another branch other than Lansdale would offer more competent agents and better travel service."

"I’ve had AAA for 3 years but never used their service. Today I called for a tow because my car wouldn’t turn over. Even though earlier we tried to jump start with another car it still wouldn’t start. The towing service was prompt and the technician was polite and knowledgeable. He thought it might be the battery and jump started with his equipment. He said car to car jumps don’t work well anymore. Car started and we drove to an auto shop to get a new battery. Thank you AAA! I’m glad I’m a member!!"

"I most recently visited this location to purchase discount tickets to Hershey Park. First and foremost, I was not greeted (as an eight year AAA member) but looked at like I was interrupting their day. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally had my opportunity to pick up the tickets.... well it was a process. I felt like I was at the DMV in the Zootopia movie, time suddenly stopped. The woman who helped me was not pleasant and definitely not efficient. To cut it short, I wont be returning, not worth the $5 discount offered per ticket. Time is money."

"After waiting an hour to see the only travel agent, we discussed with her our destination and some of the places we wanted to see. She did help and gave us some good options... however, my wife and I noticed a change in her attitude? After we we're done, we both said to each other that her attitude had changed during our time with her. We will probably go back to this location but not with the same person."
