"Very poor customer service. When you call no answer. And than they say they will put in a thing for insurance and see if it will cover and like 2 weeks later still no call from them. They call to remind me of my cleaning and I ask them and they said they still have to put it in. Also it was denied. Than they want charge 2,500 for a tooth that has been missing since I was a teenager. Now I’m here waiting for my cleaning and been waiting for awhile now. Poor poor poor this my last time coming here . After one and half hour waiting Went to the back and the doctor did the cleaning. He cut the bottom of my tongue and now I have pain also my teeth are so swollen and hurting I never had an experience like this before. Never going back"

"Similar experience to Vanessa Robinson. They took xrays, did all the regular check out and kept saying everything looked good. No problems. Then suddenly I was told by the receptionist that I had 2 small cavities, my insurance covered 80% of it, I would pay $54, and then asked if I would like to do it now or schedule for later. This took me by surprise but I said alright. It only took about 10 minutes to complete. My bite was still normal when they finished. Everything was good except for the lack of communication with me, which took what would've been a 4 star review down and made me a little suspicious. UPDATE: I later received a bill for $24 for what insurance didn't cover, though they made it seem like they'd already contacted the insurance company to determine coverage while I was originally in the office. So new total was $78."
