Dental Dreams

"I hate this place. They never answer the phone!!! I was scheduled to get my tooth fixed(Filling) that came out by a new dentist that couldn't do it because it was already paid to do by a dentist who no longer worked there. Total waste of my day. They took pictures of my tooth to send in to see if I would be approved for the refilling. They said call them (not they'll call me like it should be) to see if it'd was approved in 3 days. I call to check and it takes forever to get someone on the phone. When you do get someone on and tell them what's going on they put you on hold them hang up smh... This is not sometimes but all the time. Like damn I know u hate your job even tho you ain't really doing shyt. Don't take it out on the patients tho. Long story short my tooth has yet to be fixed."

"I didn’t necessarily like how the lady talked to me on the phone when I called because I was running a little late because of my Insurance, but when I got there, the ladies at the front desk were wonderful and the dentist assistant with the braids she was absolutely awesome, but the doctor. Was absolutely nasty. don’t like him l he was rude, condescending, nasty, and all the above. I do not like his attitude at all. He really needs to learn how to talk to people, especially being in a place where he is because the wrong person might handle him."

"Front Desk receptionist weren’t professional. They seem to not be to knowledgeable about how to keep track of patient appointments and when they arrive. I waited in the office for over an hour before anyone noticed that I’d already signed in when I first arrived and was waiting to be seen. Then had to complete a bunch of paperwork and was rushed into doing it because they were behind with my appointment. I ended up being the last patient seen for the day. Also, had to exit out of a back door because the front entrance and exit was locked prior to me exiting because the office closed before finishing with the dentist."
