"Reply: Thanks for a reply, I came in 2x, Nov 30 and Dec 18 _ that is not 6 weeks _ the crown came out Dec 8 and I waited 10 days to come back. I wish you had talked to me even a second on Dec 18; all would have been fine but there was no communication. I wish someone had given a call to communicate you were going to charge my card. My disappointment is with the lack of communication. Original post: I had a crown recemented and it fell out 8 days later _ when I went back to have it re-recemented I asked if I was going to be charged again when it only stayed in a week, Fernando said he would talk to Dr Schlobohm_ obviously they charged me for everything _ I see on my credit card $468 was taken out without a call or any sort of recognition of what happened. It was very disappointing."

"Been coming here for over 30 years and had my regular cleaning today with the new dental hygienist and she did an amazing cleaning. Felt like she really cleaned each tooth separately, and it showed. Amazing cleaning."

"Dentistry confirmed with me on multiple occasions that they accept my dental insurance. My insurance covered exactly 0 of my visit at this office. They refuse to help at all for their mistake or issue of any sort of refund. To add to the negative experience, the tools and tech used are dated compared to other offices, the doctor rushes through cleanings, and the facility is extremely small and cramped. There really is not reason to come here. Don’t risk a $800 bill like I got. I have never had an office lie to me about their acceptance of insurance. Edit: will be calling you again at my earliest availability during your operation hours. I spoke to your receptionist Fernando earlier this Thursday and inquired about a refund again and informed him of my intent to report a negative review due to my experience. He informed me that was fine."

"After a fall that broke a front tooth, the office was very helpful getting me in for an appointment. Dr Schlobohm and his staff are excellent and skilled in prepping my tooth and having a cap ready in under 2 hours, saving my vacation plans. Work well done. Cudos to them all! Melissa Colbert"

"Dr.Schlobohm and his entire staff are wonderful. My trip to the dentist was enjoyable. Dr.Schlobohm and I came up with a great dental plan. He's so pleasant and exceptionally knowledgeable, with genuine concern for his patients. He takes his time with his patients and explains things well. I have often experienced dental assistance doing the cleaning, and doctors come in at the end, rushing patient care not here. Dr. Schlobohm took his time with me throughout the whole cleaning process. My experience here was 90% doctor and 10% staff. I love it; I Highly recommend it."
