"Very helpful when I was trying to find parking. I found it easily (unusual for me) and it was free! Nice homey office which can be hit or miss sometimes but was a hit. Office was very clean and neat. The best part of the cleaning was the very pleasant hygienist. She did so well. I had a lot of build up and now my mouth feels very clean and fresh. The doctor was great too. You can tell he actually cared about oral health and not the money. He saw something suspicious and did what I believe was a bite wing to be sure nothing was there. And I thought he was going to say I needed to come back for another cleaning in a month due to my plaque (which I would’ve had to pay out of pocket for) but he said I was good to wait 6 months. Highly recommend this place"

"I and members of my family have been patients with Dr Robert Herman and Bethesda Dental Care for over 20 years. I receive tremendous customer service from Heather at the front desk and excellent health care from Dr Herman and Laura the hygienist who is assigned to me. During my time as a patient, I had an issue that could have gone bad. At the same time Dr Herman was planning on going out of town for the week. On Super Bowl Sunday, prior to leaving town, he met me at his office and stabilized the issue, and fully corrected it after he arrived back in town. Who does that? That you Dr Herman and all the staff at Bethesda Dental Care."

Seriously - in a world of impersonal medical/dental etc. care driven by marketing and big-practice metrics, Dr. Herman and his long-time crew (Heather, Liz) provide a refuge and first-rate care.
