"Dan and his team are amazing. I started an inground pool with another company which has been the worst experience of my life, filled with challenges, delays and unresponsiveness. After about a year of despair, I reached out to National Pools and Spa’s. Dan reached out to me that day, was out to my house to look at my rescue project the next day and the day after work started. "Giving a 5-Star "Shout Out" to the team at National Pool & Spa, Flemington location. They took over the prior Water Wizards location, and this year we decided to buy a new hot tub/spa, it was installed and functional as of June 16. Decided based on Pete's recommendation and a lot of Internet reviews to go with a Marquis spa over Sundance. In the past, we owned a Hot Spring spa for almost 18 years before it died, and through that experience I know that the service is also an important consideration, and in that category Marquis has a better rep. We had one small issue with the new unit, a leaking control knob for the waterfall feature, and within 2 days of my reporting it they sent Glenn from the service team over, he diagnosed and repaired the issue within 10 minutes, and gave me advice on managing the controls. He's been repairing many models of hot tubs for a few decades, just the kind of experienced service I was hoping for. From purchase through delivery (they took out the old tub, installed the new one working around my trees, plants and swimming pool) and now even service, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Pete, Sam (led the delivery team) and Glenn are all true professionals."
"We purchased a Sundance spa back in December and Ray Lyons was our sales rep. We were in the process of building a house so we couldn't have it delivered until late spring. It wasn't an issue and they were able to hold it for us. The communication has been top-notch between Pete and Ray. The spa was delivered last week and we just powered it up and filled it today. They have both been so incredible with helping us get it set up. There was a small punch list that I addressed with them and they quickly responded and they are having their service rep come out tomorrow. I'm so thankful for the customer service and the relationship we're building with them. When you're buying a spot it's not a one and done deal. It's a relationship that you'll have for the life of the spa. Thank you Ray and Pete for everything. Would highly recommend you to clients and friends."
"Just want to let this store know how appreciative I am for them to troubleshoot my pool. I’ve been having a few issues with my pool opening. Brandon did a pretty good job fixing my plumbing. Tommy and Mindy came by this morning to see if they could fix the issue. Latosha and Pete called me up this morning to try and walk me through a few things. Scott the CEO was even accessible in the morning. All and all, although still trying to figure out the problem, the staff has definitely been very helpful."
"The folks at National Pool have been extremely helpful getting the pool going this year. Had a number of issues with the filter and motor and LaTosha went above and beyond getting someone to my house while I was away on a business trip to get things going. Staff is always very friendly and willing to take the time to talk about any problems and help solve (the free water testing helps a lot)."
