"Do you understand that feeling when you’ve hit the number? Dr. Facet is that for me! She is about a healthy mouth! I can’t believe the attention she gave to my mouth. She is the G.O.A.T. She clearly loves her work because that level of attention only happens from someone that does. She intends to do it right. I’m still in shock! You simply don’t get that kind of service anymore. She is the Chick-fil-A of Denistry. I’ve found my dentist for life! If this doesn’t convince you of how pleased I was then I don’t know what to tell ya!"
"I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr. Facet, and her staff, endeavor to make me feel comfortable. She explains what she is going to do, has helped me figure out ways to be calmer and does all of this with a great sense of humor. She is a competent and caring professional!"
"Dr. Facet is an amazing dentist. I have been her patient for almost 10 years. Before I started seeing her, I was terrified of dentists and avoided them whenever I could. Now I visit her regularly and I’m amazed at how well my visits go and how healthy my teeth have gotten. I have referred her to friends and colleagues and they all love her!"
"I have been going to Dr. Facets for well over three years now. My husband has been going for longer. We have only had great service with the dentist and the staff. Everyone is always so accommodating and the dentist and thorough with her dental services. They do try and sell you on getting other services you do not need, but I always say no thank you. I have recommended her to others and they have liked her services as well."
"I used Dr. Facet as she took over the practice of my previous dentist. The short summary is that she messed up my deep cleaning causing me a lot of pain and swelling, and then messed up a cavity filling. I would not recommend using her as a dentist.More details are below. To be fair, I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time and my teeth were not in the best condition. Dr. Facet suggested a deep cleaning, and she did a nice job of getting it approved through my insurance. When I came in for the deep cleaning, she injected a needle into the side of my mouth (which was supposed to serve as an anesthetic) and hit a bone which immediately caused a lot of pain. She immediately said that it was normal to feel the pain I was feeling. After the deep cleaning, I was in a lot of pain and asked to wash my mouth, at which point I looked in the mirror and noticed that the side of my face where the deep cleaning occurred was quite swollen. I mentioned this to Dr. Facet, and she expressed surprise that my face was swollen - when it was obvious to anyone who was looking at me. She said that the swelling would go away in a few hours. It took about a week for the swelling to go away. When I came back to her office 2 days later for the second half of the deep cleaning, my face was still swollen. She then said, this was only the second time in her 15 years of doing this where this has occurred. So I went through with the second cleaning and luckily there wasn't any issues there. So despite my first experience, since she had gotten everything pre-approved through my insurance I went back a month later for a cavity filling. She did the filling but didn't do a good job at it so that it was uneven - when I bit down on that side of the mouth it hurt a lot and it was clear something wasn't done right. I called her office, and she again said that this was normal and to wait for a few days and see what happened. A few days later, the pain was still there when I bit down. At this point, I decided not to let Dr. Facet touch my teeth and decided to go see another more capable dentist."
