"Dr. Norkiewicz is an excellent dentist with an excellent staff. I felt absolutely secure. I was in good hands. His outward manner gives you confidence. As soon as I arrived to the office they attended me promptly. Karla the receptionist was very welcoming. I didn’t have to wait. Dr Norkiewicz was precise and had my wisdom tooth extracted in no time, almost like at the blink of an eye. It was just like that. Impressive! He is a focused and happy good guy person. The registration and checking out instructions was smooth. The office is impeccably clean and is at the top of any idea you may have about a beautiful and functional dentist office with the best and up to date equipment in this field of work. This is not a small or “regular” dentist office. It’s a gorgeous huge office. It was a “pleasure” to be there considering that a visit to a dentist may be a mental nightmare. It has a vast parking area. It was not so easy to find the building, but not difficult either. It’s kind of hidden, but when you find it, you are happy to be there. You have to be a bit familiar with the area. I left the place with a sense of satisfaction. I absolutely recommend this place. I hope it continues delivering such excellent service."

"I love the staff and hygienists. So thorough and professional. April the office manager is so kind and accomodating with schedules and billing, and I drive past a bunch of dental office to go from Falls Church to Rockville just to stay with this practice. They are great!"

"The practice manager, April mistreated my mother-in-law and was very rude to our family. Her behavior was completely unprofessional. They also did not ever get dentures for my mother-in-law that actually fit and they kept trying to repeatedly charge her. We would have been willing to work out a plan of care if April had not been so mean and unprofessional. She hung up on us! We still can't get the records we need from them to let us know how much they've already charged my mother-in-law! I'm shocked by this practice manager's uncivil behavior. Plus, we never got functioning dentures for my mom!"

"I had such a wonderful experience as a new patient at this location. My hygienist (Jackie), was nothing less than phenomenal with my oral care and maintenance. She was very thorough in explaining my care plan, she was extremely personable and genuine which is very important to me. The physicians and staff were all extremely inviting, and impressed upon me that my dental care was their number one priority. I would definitely recommend this location and their team to all!"

The front desk check in process (I didn’t get her name) was smooth and pleasant, my hygienist Jackie was super nice and patient, and Dr. T was amazing from start to finish.
