"Although I’ve had good experiences with this practice before and have appreciated their attention to patient well-being, my last visit was a really bad experience. A new hygienist was very brash in their bed side manner and very rough with their exam of my mouth, inflicting pain that lasted for days. The dental care was very poor. When I shared my concerns with management they did not take responsibility for the harm caused. They refused to speak with me about my experience. Their practice seems to have moved away from a "patient first approach". They lost some great employees during the pandemic and have since made some bad hires who do not prioritize patient care and well-being and overall do not seem committed to retaining long time customers."
