"Dr. Hosaka is an outstanding dentist when he is not busy. My most recent visits, I see him for about two minutes, if I see him at all, which is very different from the first few years where he spent about seven minutes with you talking about concerns you may have & concerns he may have. I find that his hygienist are often alarmists trying to push products and procedures. Not a fan of his female partner, who you may get stuck with of Hosaka is out of the office. She has made some mistakes that have left me in pain over a long holiday weekend. Finally, the front office staff seems to turn over often and they are incapable of billing correctly or timely. Be very careful When paying b/c it turns out that they were billing me for services that my insurance paid already. I ended up researching two years worth of insurance records (it took forever) to find out that I shouldn’t have paid anything on 7 visits (over two years). Seems my account was never credited when our dental insurance had paid! Accounting is sloppy at this office. I love Dr. Hosaka as he is a great dentist but he is not a great business man."

I have taken both of my kids (baby and a toddler) and everyone in the practice has been very patient and lovely, making a great experience for them.
