"Dr Erkmen and her staff are so wonderful. They are like a family and make patients feel so welcome and cared. Dr Erkmen is caring and cheerful.. and she is a perfectionist who works so hard to take care of her patients and staff. The amount of investments and procedural shifts she and her staff made to keep open during the pandemic was pretty amazing. I found the practice when they just opened, many years ago. I have referred many people there and would never leave the practice. I can’t recommend more highly!"

"I do not know how the dentist herself is but I am writing this review because she has the nastiest receptionists I have ever encountered in my entire life especially the older lady of the two. As soon as I got to the desk she barked at me asking where my paperwork was. I did not receive the paperwork in my email so I did not have it. Then I fill out all my personal information and sign it all except I did not know the answer to a couple of the questions and I thought some of the medical questions were intrusive and had nothing to do with a cosmetic dentistry consultation about bonding so I left them blank. But, when they asked me to fill them out I did. Eventually the older lady came out of her station and got up in my personal space and was basically yelling at me that I was not their kind of patient and that Dentist would. not be seeing me. I said I had waited weeks for this appointment and it is stressful to go to the dentist for most people so I would like continue with the appointment could I please meet the dentist. She continued to bark at me and said she won't be coming out here for you! People complain about Kaiser but I have to say their customer service and personnel are 10 times friendlier than these ladies."

"Dr. Erkmen has forever changed my aversion to dental work, and her office runs like a well oiled machine. Her frontdesk staff are nothing short of PHENOMENAL, and Dr. Erkmen is AMAZING both in terms of her clinical abilities, as well as her bedside manners. I wish I still lived in the Maryland area so that she could be my dentist."
