"Customers beware. It took 3 months to complete my vinyl pool liner replacement and I still had to contact AAA pools to repair the leak caused by Turner pool guys. I had to continuously call and was told to "refill" the pool. Very unprofessional and not service oriented."

"I love when people give 1 star reviews after acknowledging a shortage of workers due to the current economy. (I know there's a labor shortage, but.....). Don't ruin a company's reputation like that. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our Fox pool from Turner Pools. The 18x29 lagoon shape came out beautiful. My wife nearly left me for Mr. Parker, the project manager at Turner's, that's how much she loved having him here. He ran circles around everyone else. He was like: young blood, hold my coffee and watch how it's done. Like with any construction, expect delays of sorts. It's absolutely no different than building a house or detached garage. There will be disturbed earth. You're installing an inground pool. Lets start giving the correct stars on these reviews and stop being petty bringing your personal emotions into this. "Julie and Carl Turner have been amazing from day 1! Let me just say, when a pool goes in (unless you need no ground work), there is going to be some work to be done when they are gone! Expect it, it's normal. With that said, they did an amazing job of building our pool and the installation from start to finish was accomplished professionally. His team worked hard and through storms and the heat. When reading a review, remember, the weather can not be controlled, they do their very best and that's all one can ask for. As for communication with the company, Julie or someone from the team will call you back. I have always felt that they have our best interest at heart."

"We had our pool installed June 2020. Mr. Turner and team were incredibly professional. We are still very happy with the quality of your pool and installation. I did read reviews and saw complaints about the condition of your yard afterwards. In my opinion, the Turner team did a fantastic job. Yes my yard was a little torn up, but I think that is part of getting a pool, they yard will have to be leveled. I did as them to fix some areas that were particularly bad because it rained a lot during the week of installation and they fixed everything I asked. I highly suggest Turner Pools for your pool installation."

"I first reached out to Turner’s Pools and Spas approximately 3 weeks ago. I was having a major issue with my old pool liner and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. I had tried several other companies that didn’t seem to want my business or were too busy. I initially spoke to Sierra Turner who was so nice and polite and then I dealt with Julie Turner from there. She got my new pool liner ordered and installed within 2 1/2 weeks and has been very nice to deal with. The service technician Glen was very knowledgeable and worked really hard to ensure my liner was installed correctly.
