"On Wednesday September 20, 2023, this was my first time at Aspen Hill Implant and Family Dentistry. When Dr. Atam and her Dentist Assistant was cleaning and flossing. Her Dentist Assistant was rude and disrespectful to me by saying "You need to do a better job flossing." Which I kept saying telling that I do floss my teeth everyday which the Dentist Assistant keep saying "You still need to do a better job flossing." Which I felt like the Dentist Assistant was disrespectful to me and I also felt like the Dentist Assistant was criticizing me for no reason. I would recommend anyone finding a new dentist at a different dentist office who understands your situation so you don't have the same experience that did at the Aspen Hill Implant and Family Dentistry."

"Just in the middle (2.5 stars if I could) initially scheduled an extraction because my wisdom tooth was broken and it was infected but I got that taken care of first before I went to their office. 1st time got X-rays and a cleaning. Then an evaluation from the dentist. I was sent on my way and scheduled another time to come in. Went in a week and a half later(still broken wisdom tooth in my mouth) and I got a filling on a different tooth and they said my first appointment information wasn't saved. The dentist is very nice and gentle. It just seems unorganized. That mixed with my general anxiety going to the dentist, makes it hard for me to ever go back."

"I'm so confused...I have a dental appointment today. That place doesn't look like a normal place. It is being renovated, and then I called for help. Reception told me they left a voicemail informing me that the doctor wasn't here today and canceled it. It’s interesting that I didn't get a voicemail from them. I have to reschedule my appointment. I'm curious if I can see the doctor next week cause the office is a mess…"

"Been a patient for a decade. Even after moving 25 minutes away I didn’t switch to another provider. The doctor, dental assistants, front desk staff and hygienists are all super friendly and fantastic. Great atmosphere. Appointment updates and reminders are electronic so you don’t miss one. All around satisfaction."
